Last Sunday, April 22nd, we held a Volunteer Day at the Center. What an incredible day this turned out to be! This a special thanks for all those that were able to take time to volunteer.

A highly effective technical based martial arts system for self- defense. Wing Chun originally crafted by a Buddhist nun, is an extremely practical philosophy designed around the principle that a smaller force can easily defend and handle a larger force, utilizing Chi Gung or dynamic tension to build and cultivate inner strength. Harleigh Gordon had been practicing Wing Chun for ten years and has taught and practiced all over the world. He follows the Chris Chan, US. Wing Chun Lineage.
