Join us at our May CEJ gathering to connect, share updates, and engage in a special Peer Learning Session with Kim Thompson, Coordinator for the West Marin Housing Collaborative (WMHC). Kim will share insights into the collaborative’s innovative shared staffing model and how it’s supporting local land trusts—including CLAM, Bolinas CLT, Two Valleys CLT, and the Stinson Beach Affordable Housing Committee—in expanding access to affordable housing and building collective power in our community

About our guest speaker:

Kim Thompson has over 25 years of experience in community organizing and nonprofit development. A 13-year resident of Inverness and former Executive Director of CLAM, Kim currently supports emerging community land trusts across California, with a strong commitment to strengthening community-rooted solutions to housing.
